5.2. Placing an Order constitutes the Customer's offer to conclude a contract of sale for the selected products.
5.3. The ordering process starts by selecting a product and adding it to the cart. Before ordering, you are informed of:
- the product price (including VAT);
- the estimated processing and delivery time;

6.1. All prices in the Store are expressed in euro (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate.
6.2. Available payment methods are indicated at checkout.
6.3. A VAT invoice or other accounting document is issued for every transaction and sent by e-mail or enclosed with the shipment.
7. DELIVERY

7.2. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland. No customs duties or import charges apply to your order.
7.3. Delivery costs are indicated during checkout and depend on the selected delivery option and the value of the Order.
7.4. The estimated delivery time is indicated in the product description or in the Order summary.
7.5. If a delivery is delayed for reasons attributable to the courier company, we will assist you in tracking and resolving the issue; this does not affect your statutory rights as a Consumer.
7.6. If a shipment is not collected by the Customer without a valid reason, the Customer may be asked to cover the cost of re-delivery.
8. FAULTY GOODS AND COMPLAINTS (STATUTORY WARRANTY)
8.1. The Seller is obliged to deliver products that are free from defects and in conformity with the Contract.
8.2. Where you deal as a Consumer, you benefit from the statutory guarantee of conformity under EU Directive (EU) 2019/771 as implemented in your country of residence (in Ireland: the Consumer Rights Act 2022). Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes your statutory rights.
8.3. If a product is not in conformity with the Contract, you may request that it be repaired or replaced. If repair or replacement is impossible or would involve disproportionate costs, or if the Seller fails to bring the product into conformity, you may request a price reduction or withdraw from the Contract and receive a refund.
8.4. Complaints regarding the operation of the Store or ordered products should be submitted by e-mail to biuro@kolorywiary.pl or in writing to the Seller's registered address.
8.5. A complaint should include your details, a description of the problem and your request.
8.6. Complaints are handled within 14 days of receipt. If a complaint cannot be resolved within this period, you will be informed.
8.7. The goods subject to a complaint should be returned to the Seller's address. If the complaint is accepted, the cost of returning the goods is borne by the Seller.
8.8. If you are a Consumer, you may also use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation or arbitration. In Ireland, you can contact the Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) – www.ccpc.ie – for information about your consumer rights. As the Seller is established in Poland, you may also find information at www.uokik.gov.pl (Polish Office of Competition and Consumer Protection).
9. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (14-DAY RETURNS)
9.1. If you are a Consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the Contract without giving any reason within 14 days from the day on which you or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier) takes physical possession of the goods.

9.6. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
9.7. We will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of the original (standard) delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever occurs first.
9.8. The refund will be made using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.
