Where do we ship from?

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in the Republic of Ireland. Your order never crosses a customs border, which means no customs duties, no import charges and no surprise fees – ever.

Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to addresses in the Republic of Ireland.

Please note: we are not yet able to deliver to Northern Ireland (postcodes starting with "BT"). If you enter a BT postcode at checkout, we will contact you before processing the order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders placed before 12:00 (noon) on a working day are usually processed the same day. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next working day.

Tracking your order

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your parcel every step of the way.

What if I'm not at home?

Our carrier will attempt delivery at the address you provided. If you are not available, the driver will leave your parcel at a nearby pickup point or arrange a re-delivery – you will be notified by e-mail or text message with the details.

Damaged or lost parcels

Every jar is handmade and carefully packed to survive the journey. If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive at all, contact us at biuro@kolorywiary.pl and we will sort it out – with a replacement or a full refund. Your statutory consumer rights are always protected.
