Where do we ship from?
All US orders are shipped domestically from within the United States. Your order never crosses a customs border, which means no customs duties, no import charges and no surprise fees at your door – ever.

Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link so you can follow your package every step of the way.
What if I'm not home?
The carrier will deliver your package to the address you provided. If delivery isn't possible, they will leave a notice with pickup or redelivery instructions.
Damaged or lost packages
Every jar is handmade and carefully packed to survive the journey. If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us at support@coloursoffaith.com with your order number and we'll make it right – with a free replacement or a full refund.
